That is how we keep our mail IPs clean. Activation takes a few hours to five business days. Before we activate, we may ask what the mailboxes will be used for, or for verification. If we decide not to provide the service, the mail service is refunded in full.
Use a domain from NovaNode or one registered elsewhere. Your client area shows the DNS records to add; you keep your nameservers.
IMAP and SMTP with TLS, so Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, Android and iPhone all work. Webmail is included for when you are away from your own devices.
Your mail is stored on our own servers in Luxembourg and sent from our own IP space.
The records that let receiving servers verify your mail are generated for your domain, with a DKIM key per domain. Add them once and your mail is signed.
The storage of your plan is one pool for all your mailboxes. A busy mailbox can use more, a quiet one less.
Moving from another provider? Enter the server and login details of your old mailbox and the tool copies the mail into the new one, folders included.

Not immediately. We look at every order before activating it, to keep our mail reputation good for everyone. Usually that takes a few hours, sometimes up to five busi
